The Building Block of Our Name
Voxels are the building blocks of a three dimensional grid, much like how pixels make up two dimensional grids. Voxels add depth and dimension to virtual worlds in games, medical imaging, or 3D modeling.
Here at Vibrant Voxel, we see it as a working metaphor for our design philosophy: We stack creative layers to give your brand real substance, turning flat ideas into multi-dimensional stories that make your brand shine.

Kat Vance
Founder and lead designer
Nice to meet you, I'm Kat Vance! I’m the creative force behind Vibrant Voxel, your go-to creative design agency in Seattle. I founded this studio because I believe every brand deserves to look as vibrant as it feels. My mission is to deliver impactful branding to businesses through marketing graphics, brand identities, and web design.
My Background
I’ve spent the last decade crafting visuals that make an impact. At Sesame Communications, I guided hundreds of dentists and orthodontists through the entire web design process, from design concepts through the final website launch. For many of these small business owners, this was their very first presence on the web and opened the door to being discovered by patients who were seeking dental care.
At OpenMarket, I worked with the marketing director and content manager to create graphics for the company website, trade shows, human resources, and other channels. I expanded my position into user experience and began creating digital products in addition to marketing graphics.
I moved on to Moz, one of the leaders in SEO marketing software. I developed a new competitive analysis tool that users were clamoring for, and revamped their onboarding process, where we nearly doubled the number of onboarding signups!
Downsizing during the pandemic hit many companies, and after being laid off in 2021 by Moz, I chose to open my own full-service design studio.
Now, I’m bringing my skill set directly to business owners to help them succeed and better connect with their target audience.
